We want you and your kids happy with your ride-on. If something isn't right, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Custom or clearance items, and items showing signs of use, may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued once we've received and inspected the returned item, and can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items are covered separately — contact us and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
